All Capital Gift Baskets are thoughtfully assembled to order to ensure quality and presentation. Please allow 1–3 business days for your gift to be prepared before it ships.

Shipping Carriers & Costs
We ship using UPS and USPS, depending on destination and package size.
Shipping charges will be added to your order and are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and delivery speed of your gift. Available shipping options and pricing will be displayed at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.
While we ship nationwide, we can also make arrangements for international shipping if you contact us directly.
Processing Time vs. Transit Time
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

If you select expedited shipping, the timeframe begins after your gift basket has been created, not on the date the order is placed.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Saturday.
Same-day delivery and local pickup are currently not available
Some carriers may deliver on weekends or holidays, but this is not guaranteed.
Delivery Timing & Carrier Responsibility
Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier, and delays due to weather, volume, or other factors are outside of our control.
Warm Weather Policy
During warmer months, particularly when temperatures exceed 70°F, certain items may be sensitive to heat.
To ensure your gift arrives in excellent condition, we may substitute heat-sensitive items (such as chocolate or candy) with items of equal or greater value. All substitutions are made with care and will always reflect the quality and style of the original gift.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our gift baskets are perishable and made to order, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift baskets, food items, or personalized gifts.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Although it is unlikely, if your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
