Ordering

How can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?

To send gifts to multiple recipients, add each gift to your cart individually with its corresponding message.

  1. Add a gift to your cart and enter the message for that recipient
  2. Repeat for each recipient (you can add the same gift multiple times with different messages)
  3. At checkout, select “Ship to Multiple Addresses”
  4. Allocate each gift to the appropriate address
Will the items in the gift match what is shown in the photo?

We make every effort to include the exact items shown. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Any replacements will be of equal or greater quality and value, and selected to maintain the overall look and feel of the gift.

What is the order processing time?

All gifts are made to order and typically require 1–3 business days to prepare. Shipping time begins once your gift is completed and leaves our studio.

Can I pick up my order?

In some cases you may pick up your order at our downtown office location at 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW during business hours. This may require several days advance notice. Contact us for more information.

Shipping

What shipping methods are used?

We ship using UPS. Ground shipping typically takes 1–2 business days within the DC area and 3–10 business days nationwide, depending on destination. Shipping timelines begin after order processing is complete.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes. Expedited shipping options will appear at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies once the order is processed, and not on the order date.

Do you ship on weekends?

We typically do not ship over weekends to avoid gifts sitting in carrier warehouses where temperatures may be extreme. We evaluate this on a case by case basis depending on the destination.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery is available for bulk corporate orders within downtown Washington, DC for a nominal fee. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

Corporate & Custom Orders

Are custom gift baskets available?

Yes. We are happy to customize gift orders of 10 or more. Custom gift baskets begin at $75, and small bulk gifts such as favors begin at $5 each. Rush fees may apply for orders accepted with less than 7 days’ notice.

What is the minimum order for corporate or convention gifts?

Custom corporate and convention orders typically begin at 10 gifts. We specialize in gifts for meetings, conferences, conventions, and large-scale events.

Can I include a custom message or branding?

Yes. Personalized gift messages are available, and we can discuss branded cards, inserts, or promotional items.

Policies

Do you offer wine gift baskets?

No, we are unable to do so due to local laws.

Can gift baskets be returned?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
