Show Your Appreciation

It's March, so we're celebrating Employee Appreciation Month.

But here's the thing: it doesn't matter who your boss is or what you do for a living—you should always take the time to say thank you when someone does something for you.

Whether it's your doctor, dentist, service provider, handyman, or the person who cuts your grass—even if they're just a casual acquaintance who helps out with your kids or pets—you should always take the time to say "thanks!"

Because Mom was right: saying "thank you" is important. And it's not just because of the person who helped you; it's also because of YOU. When you say thank you, it makes YOU feel better—and that's what matters most.
